Language Arts
(aka Grammar)
Grammar is one of the aspects of language arts, it's like the part 2 to Vocabulary. After you've learned about vocabulary and parts of speech now comes the much more difficult part
Language arts can be divided into 5 sections
Grammar
Spelling
speaking
analyzing
The importance of leaning grammar is very obvious, You want to make what you express readable and understandable, but first, lets talk about what you learn in grammar.
In grammar, you learn about
Capitalization
Punctuation
Sentence structure
Parts of speech (related with vocabulary)

Grammar
Capitalization
Letters are divided into 2 groups, Capital (can also be called upper case) and lower case. Upper case is like the bigger and bolder version of the lower case version
Capitalization is most likely one of the first things you learn in grammar. It's super important to understand when and how to use capitalization.

Capitalize a person, place or thing
Capitalize titles when are with a person's name.
Always capitalize the first word of a new sentence unless using a semi colon
The pronoun "I": The pronoun "I" is always capitalized.
Capitalize the first word of a direct quotation
Capitalize acronyms and initials.
Capitalize the compasses directions
Seasons are not capitalized unless they are the first word of a sentence.
Nouns, pronouns, verbs, adverbs, Adjectives, are all capitalized in titles of books, movies, or novels
For example
"The Criminal that Destroyed the Library"

To list out something
For example, (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
To create a full sentence
To connect independent clauses (Put a comma before a coordinating conjunction)
Periods ( . )
Used after the end of a complete sentence
Used with honorifics (Mr. Ms. Mrs.)
Could be used with initials
Also can be used with abbreviations
For example "Ts pmo sm icl" (This puts me on so much I can't lie)
Letters after a period must be capitalized
Exclamation mark ( ! )
Used to convey a happy or surprised expression with words
Question mark ( ? )
To ask a question; curious.
Colon ( : )
To create a list of something
To start a quotation
Showing what time it is ( 12:00)
Semicolon (;)
used for joining 2 complete sentences without needing to capitalize the first letter of the 2nd sentence
For example
"Soup is my favourite food; soup goes with every meal I have"
Brackets ( )
Hyphen ( - )
